Meat Paste

  • 5 kg skirt steak

  • 1 teaspoon mace

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 113 grams butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 2 tablespoon anchovy sauce


Method

Steam all together in basin for 4 hours.

Put through a mincer. Add all juices to the minced meat.
