Almond Icing

  • 170 grams butter

  • 1 and 1/3 cups flour

  • 680 grams icing sugar

  • 1 egg yolk

  • 1 tablespoon almond essence

Method

Melt butter and mix together with all other ingredients.

Does not keep long.
