1/2 tin condensed milk (200ml, most tins are around 400ml)
1/2 cup (or more) very finely sliced dried apricots (or minced)
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
juice of 1/2 orange or lemon
grated rind of orange or lemon
desiccated coconut for rolling
Apricot Balls (from Maureen)
In a double boiler, place all ingredients and cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Cool and roll in coconut.
