• 1/2 tin condensed milk (200ml, most tins are around 400ml)

  • 1/2 cup (or more) very finely sliced dried apricots (or minced)

  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut

  • juice of 1/2 orange or lemon

  • grated rind of orange or lemon

  • desiccated coconut for rolling

In a double boiler, place all ingredients and cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Cool and roll in coconut.
