1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup bran
2 and 1/2 cups rolled oats
pinch salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons milk
113 grams butter
1 teacup sugar
1 teaspoon ginger

Method
No method in the recipe book for this one! Here’s my guess:
Mix together wholemeal, flour, bran, rolled oats, salt, and ginger.
Dissolve baking soda in milk and beat into softened butter with sugar.
Combine. Shape into small-medium balls, place on lined baking trays and flatten with a fork.
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
