Brandy Mint Cream (from Judith)

  • 2 litres french vanilla icecream

  • 120 ml creme de menthe

  • 240 ml brandy


Method

Apologies, Aunty Jude, but the metric system just makes more sense to me :)

Let ice cream sit at room temperature to soften.

Blend all ingredients together.

Serve in stem glasses. Serves 8.
