114 grams melted butter
227 grams desiccated coconut

Method
Beat egg whites until stiff. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Split half into a separate bowl and mix with food colouring to your preference.
Press one half of mixture into a tin, then the other, to create the two-toned effect. Refrigerate and cut when firm.
