• 1 cup flour

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 cup cornflakes

  • 1 cup shredded coconut

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 170 grams butter, melted

  • 1 tablespoon golden syrup

Mix dry ingredients. Add melted butter and golden syrup and mix.

Press into a baking tin (probably a greased/lined one).

No baking instructions provided so I guess 170°C for 20-25 minutes, less if you want it chewy as the instructions say.

Ice (with a simple chocolate icing) while hot and cut before it is properly cold.
