1 and 1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup chocolate chips
1 egg
1 cup milk
3/4 cup butter (67 grams), melted

Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and chocolate chips together.
Separately, beat together egg and milk. Add melted butter.
Combine wet and dry ingredients together gently.
Spoon into greased cupcake / small muffin tin. Bake at 190°C for 20 minutes.
