Lemon Custard (from Margaret)
2 eggs
1 small cup sugar
1 lemon or orange
2 cups milk
2 dessert spoons gelatine
3/4 cup water
Method
Dissolve gelatine in 3/4 cup boiling water. Add to eggs, milk, and sugar and mix well.
Add juice & rind of your chosen citrus.
Sets quickly.
