Lemon Custard (from Margaret)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 small cup sugar

  • 1 lemon or orange

  • 2 cups milk

  • 2 dessert spoons gelatine

  • 3/4 cup water


Method

Dissolve gelatine in 3/4 cup boiling water. Add to eggs, milk, and sugar and mix well.

Add juice & rind of your chosen citrus.

Sets quickly.
