• 1 cup vegetable oil

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 3 cups rolled oats

  • 2 cups wheat germ

  • 1 and 1/2 cups desiccated coconut

  • 115 grams dried fruits & nuts

  • 1 and 1/2 cups bran flakes

  • 1 and 1/2 cups coarse ground wholemeal

  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Method

Melt honey and oil in large baking dish. Add other ingredients and mix.

Bake in moderate oven until golden brown. Take care it does not burn.
