1 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons honey
3 cups rolled oats
2 cups wheat germ
1 and 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
115 grams dried fruits & nuts
1 and 1/2 cups bran flakes
1 and 1/2 cups coarse ground wholemeal
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Muesli Number 1
Method
Melt honey and oil in large baking dish. Add other ingredients and mix.
Bake in moderate oven until golden brown. Take care it does not burn.
