Pavlova Cake (from Norma)
2 egg whites
1 and 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon vinegar
4 tablespoons boiling water
Beat whites until stiff peaks. Beat in remaining ingredients.
Plop the meringue mix into a roughly round shape of even height on baking paper on a baking tray.
Bake for about 2 hours at 135°C.
