• 3/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 tin condensed milk (200ml, most tins are around 400ml)

  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoon plain flour

  • 1 tablespoon syrup (probably golden syrup)

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essense

  • 1 tablespoon or more peanut butter

  • desiccated coconut

In a double boiler, place all ingredients and cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Cool and roll in coconut.
