1 tablespoon cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup flour
1/2 small cup sugar
2 tablespoons golden syrup, melted
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
57 grams butter, melted

Mix dry ingredients.
Add melted golden syrup, milk, eggs and mix.
Lastly add melted butter and mix.
Bake in patty pans at 205°C for 10 minutes.
When cool, cut a small piece out and fill with jam. Ice with chocolate icing.
Best left until the next day.
